American social media influencer star Famous Kody, whose real name is Zyquan Mitchell and is affectionately known as “Mr. Blicky” on TikTok, has allegedly died following a car accident last month. Thousands of fans flooded the comments of his TikTok videos today (14 August 2023) with their condolences.
In July 2023, a person by the name of JuiciNicole on TikTok, who appears to be close to Kody, revealed that he was in a medically induced coma and had been placed on a ventilator following a serious car accident. At the time of the accident, fans on Reddit wished Kody a full recovery.

On 14 August 2023, Famous Kody’s sister, Zy’Kevia, appeared to confirm the news that the TikTok star had tragically passed away.
‘Life will never be the same your smile was always priceless, could brighten up the whole room,’ she wrote. ‘Zyquan how could you leave me, we was just getting started. Lord, I truly don’t understand. My baby brother (big brother) as you will say. Zyquan I’m going miss you. Lord why.’
Fans flood his TikTok videos with their condolences
Tributes and condolences poured in following the news Famous Kody had died as a result of his car accident.
‘Omg sending my condolences I was wondering y he hasn’t posted wow, one fan replied to his sister’s post.
‘Sending my condolences to the family and friends,’ another added.
‘Prayers for the family and friends,’ a third added.
Many of his recent videos on TikTok were also flooded with the words ‘RIP’ on them following the news.

On Instagram, he described himself as a ‘Brand Ambassador’ and ‘Influencer’ and appears to be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Kody has 102k followers on Instagram @_lilkody and 44 posts, some of which include his young daughter.
On 17 June, Kody shared a series of photos with his young daughter with the caption: ‘My lil princess… daddy love u.’ Kahlani Dior Mitchell was born in January 2023.
